| Q. |
If I want to move my website or change the URL that is monitored, would
I have to get a new subscription? |
|
|
| A. |
No, you can change the URL that is monitored to whatever you like, as

generated pages. Can you monitor these pages? |

such output. |

| Q. |
My website uses cookies. Can you monitor
these pages? |
|
|
| A. |
Yes. |

| Q. |
My website is hosted by an ISP who also
provides my email. If the ISP server is down how will I receive email alerts? |
|
|
| A. |
Most ISP’s have separate email servers, so you should still receive
an alert. To guard against more widespread failure, you can always use a free email account
(e.g. Yahoo) as your alerting address and set up your email client to retrieve email from there
as well as your normal mailbox. |

| Q. |
My site is password protected via .htaccess.
Can you monitor it? |
|
|
| A. |
No. Sorry! |
| |
| | | |
| Q. |
Can I choose which of your locations will be used to monitor my site? |
|
|
| A. |
No. Customers are load-balanced between our various monitors for
optimum system efficiency. Please be assured that all our monitors are connected via many
backbones which is far more important than the physical location in terms of their connectivity
to your site. |

| Q. |
When I am out of the office
or on holiday do I need to reconfigure the email address I have supplied for alerts? |
|
|
| A. |
No. You can specify up to 3 separate email
addresses, all of whom will receive alerts. |
